By now you have spoken with me, Marybeth and have scheduled an appointment with her to pursue homeopathic services to improve your health.

Before the initial consultation you will need to read and fill out the following documents:

• Statement of Fees
• Credit Policy
• Client Bill of Rights

To access these documents, you must obtain the access password from me. Please print out all of the documents and bring all of them to your first appointment.  The documents are in rich text format.  Please call me if you have any questions.

As a new feature of my homeopathy practice, because I see so many families and because homeopathy works so well for children, I am pleased to offer a number of packages for families and individuals.  You can choose the one that fits your family and budget best.  These plans are designed to make homeopathy more affordable and more convenient for individuals and families. Information about these plans is included in the new patient paperwork, which you will get access to after you have made an appointment with Marybeth.

My office is located at 500 Main Street, Menomonie, in the M&I Bank building next to Burger King.

Directions from the north:
Take exit 41 off I-94, head south on Hwy. 25. Cross the river, come up the hill and at the third stop light, Main Street, turn left or east. Go through the second stop light, at Crescent Street.  M&I Bank is on your right in the next block, the large tan stucco building facing the lake. The building’s door is on the west side to the building, the right side as you face the building. Come in that door, take the elevator to the third floor, my office is at the end of the first hallway to your right off the elevator.

Directions from the south:
Get on Hwy. 25, come north to Main Street, turn right or east.  Go through the second stop light at Crescent Street.  M&I Bank is on your right in the next block, the large tan stucco building facing the lake.  The building’s door is on the west side to the building, the right side as you face the building.  Come in that door, take the elevator to the third floor and my office is at the end of the first hallway to your right as you get off the elevator.
