By now you have spoken with me, Marybeth and have scheduled an appointment to pursue homeopathic services to improve your health.

Before the initial consultation you will need to read and fill out the following documents:

To access these documents, you must obtain the access password from me. Please print out all of the documents and bring all of them to your first appointment. The documents are in rich text format. Please call me if you have any questions.

As a new feature of my homeopathy practice, because I see so many families and because homeopathy works so well for children, I am pleased to offer a number of packages for families and individuals. You can choose the one that fits your family and budget best. These plans are designed to make homeopathy more affordable and more convenient for individuals and families. Information about these plans is included in the new patient paperwork, which you will get access to after you have made an appointment with Marybeth.

Coming from the North:

Take Hwy. 100 to the W. 36th exit (which is right after you go under Hwy. 7), follow the exit ramp around to the stoplight which is W. 36th Street. Take a right turn at the stoplight, go over Hwy. 100, go through the first stoplight and take a right turn at the second stoplight, Park Center Blvd. Then take an immediate left turn into the parking lot of the three-story cement building on the corner. Go in the door on the right and come up the elevator to the third floor. My office is the first office off the elevator.

Coming from the South:

Take Hwy. 100 to the W. 36th exit (which is right after the Excelsior Blvd. exit), to the stoplight at the top of the ramp. Take a right turn at the stoplight onto W. 36th Street and take a right turn at the next stoplight, Park Center Blvd. Then take an immediate left turn into the parking lot of the three-story cement building on the corner. Go in the door on the right and come up the elevator to the third floor. My office is the first office off the elevator.
